what kind of exercise are considered a that?? examples?? does it help to lose fat, or does it generally help to gain muscles?

Your Maximum Predicted Heart Rate is 220 - Your age.
For example, if you were 25 years old:

200 - 25 = 195
195 x .65 = 127

So, your Fat Burning zone is 127.
Do anything that keep your heart rate at 127 for more than 30 minutes and you're good. Even if its just walking up and down the stairs. You can draw from a heart/pulse monitor at the drug store for like $5.
Exercising above about 135, within this case, would build muscle instead of fat.
