Answers: Do bicycle crunches, side crunches
Put a bat or a weight bar on your shoulders beside both hands holding it in place, put your foot shoulders width apart and keep them contained by place, and twist from side to side pretty slowly. You have to do greatly of these to be effective.
Continue to exercise a lot- cardio like running and walking is the individual way to actually LOSE that portly on your obliques. The extra crunches and things will strengthen the abs but will be hidden under the round if it is still there.
Also, watch your diet and portly intake. This is a major part.
