Plz backing me!?

i am a very fit person especially my arms and legs ( my biceps are 12inches my calfs are 16inches and my thighs are 20.5inches) and its adjectives muscle and not fat! but my abs and my pecks ar not that toned any suggestions? and by the way im 14 and want something swift i can do between homework.

Answers:    The best thing for abs is leg lifts from a position on parallel bar or however you can get into that position. Also body lifts where on earth you can suspend yourself and go back olden the level of horizontal towards the ground, then up over horizontal as dignified as you can. These are killers, but they work like nil else to build killer abs, you can use a weight once you get hold of really strong to enhance the exercises.

For your pecks, do dumbbell flies laying on your back near your arms out 90 degrees on a bench go rear as far as is safe without straining yourself later strait up to the middle over your chest. Work some weights so you can pull down on them with a rope over a tablet or whatever works (a pulley pull down system would be great, but it doesn't sounds approaching you have a lot of equipment), afterwards pull down from the side from arms a little above the shoulder to touching your leg beside the weight. I do P90X abs and It works I can already see my abs developing the best part is it singular takes 16mins to do. I've been working out for a while presently and soon I will be sixteen. I hoped this will help. U sound really fit.
