i am 13 years old and i'm a little chubby and i want to enjoy a flat belly by sunday if i do 5,000 crunches tonight and 1hr on the treadmill tonight and then only devour some lofat yogurt 2-morrow w salad and a good breakfast and walk for 5hr and do another 5,000 crunches and 50 pushups will i lose my tummy podginess? and i'm serious about the walking and the 10,000 crunches i've already done 350 crunches cuz i really want to wear my new bikini next to out my chubiness hanging out

Answers:    takes for a while more than that...you are thirteen you should not worry about for a while chubbiness you still have baby heavy at your age...once you start to menstruate you will gain hips and a butt..that chubbiness over your belly is supposed to be there it protects your uterus and ovaries...your self worth is worth more than a flat tummy..not to mention the medical issues you can cause yourself...burning that plentiful calories and taking in so little you will drop your blood sugar and end up any in the hospital or dead...yes specifically a real issue here..not to mention that your body will hold on to any calories if you starve your body and you will gain weight not lose bulk.not to mention that all that exercise you will not be able to bend to put on that bikini

I abhorrence to tell you but its impossible to lose it that fast. Your body have to convert the fat into energy in the past the fat can be burned. Evenif you did all that working out, you would simply get a sore stomach. Don't sweat it. Being "chubby" doesn't make you subhuman or unusual. If you run and do other cardio activites and only eat yogurt and salads etc. you could possibly lose it contained by a week or 2 but that's a lot of working out you would have to do. I would suggest sucking it contained by a little.
