Losing 8 kg over Summer please!?
I know that exercise is the key, but unfortunately I'm going to be portion of a 5-week music summer program in Boston so I won't have time to spare for exercise... any concept? what should I do about my eating customs, and how much exercise should I aim for?

Answers: It sounds to me like you know what you need to do:
1. Eat fine
2. Workout
There are single working mothers with multiple children and full time jobs who still find a instrument to work out. There is no such thing as, "won't have time" you lately don't want to make the time. If you get up at 7 for your program, get up up at 6:30 and go running. If you go to sleep at 10, turn to sleep at 10:30 and do some push ups before you sleep.
If you really want to get fit, you will find a bearing. Good luck.
How do i build upper body strength?
Water and water laden foods, resembling fresh vegetabes and fruit, soups, salads. Slimfast drinks are a good substitute for meals. My doctor once told me to stay away from any starches or carbs that are white, similar to white bread, refined sugar, pasta, etc.
