Im 18 and i weigh roughly 107lbs i want to gain resembling 10lbs?

Don't progress on the protein bar ride!! You will gain unwanted wait. Try building muscle- you can do this simply by doing every daytime things. Building muscle is not always bad.. you basically don't want to gain unhealthy weight but ingestion protein and not excercising.
