Im 18 and i weigh roughly 107lbs i want to gain resembling 10lbs?

can anyone name any food bars that would do this? i also want some it to be muscle, especially surrounded by my forearms any advice?

Bmi is it too low?



Answers:    high protien similar to chicken, tuna, and beans plus a light work out for the arms. make sure you guzzle enought to cover your body's need with the increased work nouns plus a little if ya want some fat on also

Don't progress on the protein bar ride!! You will gain unwanted wait. Try building muscle- you can do this simply by doing every daytime things. Building muscle is not always bad.. you basically don't want to gain unhealthy weight but ingestion protein and not excercising.
