If i hoof it 6-7 days a week for 3 months, how much cargo will i expect too lose?

im 14 yrs old, 5 foot 5, and weigh about 170 pounds. Besides walking, i will also be dance, crunches, leg lifts and a liitle bit of jogging..( its firm 4 me to jog fo r more than 60 seconds)

Answers:    about 20lbs but thats if you cut out cast-offs food and eat healthily aswell, eat 3 meal a day never skip breakfast or starve. dont worry give or take a few not being able to walk briskly very far lol just save at it and over time you will be able to job for longer and will pick up more speed, these things cart time, lol i know because im quite similar to u in size im freshly an inch shorter lol and ive started taking up walking and the gym and stuff :) also you will lose weight quicker because you are overweight you will burn more fat quicker :)

I would close to to become more mannish and own a stronger body.?


the best hing to do is try it and find out...also put away a healthy diet and stick to it.drink plenty of water...i bet you will lose more freight than you think. you need to burn 3600 calories to lose one pound. So it will depend on how far you way of walking and at what intensity (fast or slow)

Can anyone pleaseee inform me how you own lost bulk. Im desperate.?


30 lbs. well you have to guzzle good heathy foods and all that so i am not sure
