I would approaching to become more mannish and own a stronger body.?

Im 14 years old, 6 ft tall and weigh roughly speaking 68 killograms, I am slim and i already have a fair amount of muscle, im lean and hold a six pack, but i want to increase my upper body and leg strength and size. I play a contact sport, australian rules football, please dont diss my sport. I also box and I want to feel stronger, fitter and more confident within myself, that I can use my size and hopefully strength to do what ever i enjoy to do.
If any body could tell me what i should be lifting, how much and how many, that would be great! cheers to adjectives that send in stuff (y)
