I want to look suitable surrounded by a bikini?

I'm 5'6" and 127lbs. I know that isn't too terrible, but I feel close to theres a bit of extra weight around my thighs and I really need to spare them out. Also, my tummy isn't so yummy...Any help? :)

Instead of eatting three meals a time, eat 6 - 8. Really, cut the portions basically within half and eat smaller amount, more often. It keeps your insulin, sugar surrounded by better balance instead of spiking and dropping like a rock.

Eat as verbs as you can, less fat, smaller quantity carbs, more protein.

Now for the easy stuff.

Using a scale of 1 - 10 1= working as easier said than done as watching TV on the couch 10 = as hard as YOU can go

start out by walking at a smooth of 5 for 2 minutes as a warm up.
