Okay ably i am glad you mentioned 00 was less than 0 because i hold two pairs of pants that are identical (same brand and all), ones a 0 and ones a 00 and they both fit equal. Now i know that 00 is suppose to be smaller!! lol.

Increase your calorie intake. Eat healthy high carb foods, resembling pasta, red meat, etc. Not really much to add to that. eat really fatty stuff and efficient food resurants like mcdonalds
