I obligation to lose as much rotund as i can within one month.?

ok. i am going to my dads house this summer and i dont want to be fat. i dont know if i am fat right very soon but last time i was in attendance i was. im 15. 5'9 and im 200 pounds. yes thats heavy but i work out near weights a lot. but i am still kinda chubby even no i can bench press 180. i just requirement to lose as much "FAT" as i can. anything would be helpful. should i do lots of cardio. how much. any diet plan. anything will help.

Answers:    Mate I wouldnt call upon you fat...you sound approaching you have a solid build. Rapid fat loss anyways is not a virtuous idea because more than likely you will put it wager on on. Perhaps this is something you should be doing on an on going basis. Just eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, cut out hastily food crap, drink plenty of water. Realistically you need to start small afterwards build up. One month is not a realistic time frame. Good luck anyway.

Any thing and salad if hungry, otherwise nought.

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a daylight. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in respectively meal, preferably 50%. To have more self-righteousness out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will also initiate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals. Do not go on fast or starvation diet.

Nothing bar water in between.

No special diet, bid it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on unchanging basis. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it required looking at ur condition.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min.regularly preferably on meaningless stomach and twice a day.

U will achieve what u enjoy not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free.

Be lenient and not in a hurry.

U cannot choose spots for reduction.

This agenda can be adopted on permanent reason to lead a healthy energy and maintain weight.

U cud lose merely 5 lbs.

Go mountain-climbing I jog around 7-8 miles a time thats keeps me in shape. So yeah of late do lots of cardio and weight train also (even though you do do that already) but don't leave it out. Good Luck.
