Ok i'm 16 i im 5'11 and weight 162 lbs!, sort of chubby i know!.. i want to go from that too at smallest 130 by august is it possible?? wat can i do till then i em doing special k cereal diet, skim milk, lots of stuff with protein run 30 mins a morning?? i got a date by august so yeah!. Im trying to look good! gratefulness!.

Oh yeah anyone knows if muscle milk works for sure??

Protein is good, even muscle milk, but only be sure to watch the fat and sugar that is to say in your powder. If you are just running and not doing robust lifting, there is no need for protein supplements.

The Special K diet isn't that great surrounded by my opinion. If you like the tang and the easyness, then swap for Whole Grain Total. You get more nutrients and it's adjectives grain, unlike the nearly nutrition-free Special K.

Alli sucks. Unless you really really really need to loose counterbalance, avoid it at all costs. It really upset my belly, and I eat pretty healthfully. The discomfort be definitely not worth it.
