Answers: I quality your pain and hang within there girl. My whole natural life I had extra pounds on me. When I was surrounded by my early twenties I finally had a get up up call. I hit the gym and started eating plentifully of healthy food. I went from 170lbs to 105lbs within about a year. I am now 27 and own never felt better. I did tons of cardio and not enough muscle building which sucks but I'm working on it. Anyway, you can believe the criticsm and **** I have been face with. My family think I don't eat, and I did or do drugs. I have never done a drug surrounded by my life, and do not believe in diets, drugs, or consumption disorders for weightloss. In fact, I can shovel the food in my facade and eat more than a lot of society. I just don't feel resembling cramming a days worth of crappy food calories in one sitting. Why not enjoy the fuel? Its the critics who stipulation to put down the french fries, and stop bitching about not getting the parking spot next to the door.
I know this sucks and I'm sorry that you are going through this. It isn't graceful and to be honest.you probably aren't going to change their minds. Also, by not dieting you will stop have to explain yourself. Ditch the diet, calorie counting, and stupid restrictions. Trust me when I say that this isn't helping but only hurting. Learn around proper nutrition and fitness.

Good for you doing it the healthy mode. And in a course of 6 months, 20 lbs is a lot, but I don't reckon it's unhealthy. I guess the way you can cope beside it is to scream! I would be angry too, they should be happy for you. But you are also lucky to own such a support net that cares immensely much for you. I understand the pressures of others when losing weight. i know how you feel same here lost 50 lbs i think they are a moment ago worried about anorexia but if you d eat at lowest 1200 cal aday tell them to back bad they wont though but good luck Congrats on your weight loss.
