I hold a diet plan that i want relieve beside?
first off when i get up usally around 11 i get through peanut butter sandwich on oat nut wheat bread and i have usally a piece of fruit. i really dont eat lunch bring im working so i drink alot of water and when i get home i usally approaching a piece of meat alot veggis and soda but im gonna cut away from soda and drink juice or water distribute me some idea please.
