Answers: It would help to know your height to product a better guestimate. Losing 10lb when you are 5ft2 is very different to losing 10lb when you are 5ft10.
If you are 5ft5, then I reckon losing 15lb would be obedient. But it's probably best to go by body fat %. Aim to be 25%-28% body oil to be healthy. You look about 30% body rotund at present. You can track your body fat percentage with callipers. This is a device where on earth you just pinch the fat on different areas of your body and afterwards you can calculate your body fat percentage.
