How do i show my abs?
Answers: Hey man, I am 14, 130 pounds, dont know my largeness. but I had the EXACT same problem. I changed my exercise routine though, and with 3 weeks, I get a easily noticeable 6 pack. I am sure you will hear "Don't do sit-ups!" Crap, but those have been doing situps for generation. Anyway:
4 times a week, do 50 sit ups and 50 crunches.
4 times a week, run a mile.
make sure you do both. running will get rid of the deposit of fat around your ab area.
One later hint, when your in front of the mirror, try taking adjectives the hair out of you body, like breath out, you might know how to see your six pack...if so, that means your very close to getting it. Also, jump jacks will show your abs too.
I have worked for 6 months so far with mine.they are pretty sweet.
you're merely 13...and you're very very small...do a 100 crunches respectively day and make sure to drink plenty of protein (dont take supplements yet). Your shirt might be in the path.
