How do i lose cargo as a 13 year aged?

I just noticed that i look a bit "heavy" and Summer is right here! So how do i lose weight without adjectives and using pills that alot of people do?

drink lots and lots of water 8 eyeglasses each day.

do not snack
dance on the half off diet solely eat half of what you would usually guzzle and give or throw the rest away

chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips within you're cupboard you go to them a think flawless damn they look good then you would right to be heard no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
do not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn adjectives you're food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you're stomach as you put away.
do not eat before you step to sleep
drink a glass of water in the past you go to sleep
eat spicy food, if you can because it speeds up you're metabolism
do not weigh you're self everyday because it torments you,counterweight you're self once a week ( every Monday )

You don't need to lose freight in the first place. The only time a child wishes to lose weight is if it is affecting their health. A lot of teens lose immensity in the summer anyway because they are going out more and swimming, bike riding etc. A change within diet and more exercise is the only real risk-free way to lose weight. Try conversation to your parent(s)/guardian(s) about it if you are uncomfortable next to your size. Start by taking a simple run or bikeride or run everday. It doesn't have to be 15 miles just a short time bit and get in the habbit of it. The more you exersice on a daily basis the easier.

My son was like you, and once he really started growing the weightiness came right off. Try to do more, obtain outside and whatever you do, stay away from energy drinks and pop, they are loaded near empty calories and a lot of other stuff that your body does not entail and can be harmful.
Good luck! Eat veggies and fruits. Don't eat after 7 PM. Get diet or soy rime cream. Don't eat greasy foods, like pizza or stuff.

Get those meal like Lean Cuisine, Healthy Choice, and Smart Ones at your supermarket. They are quite wadding and some are really good, I have tried reasonably a few.
