How do gain those pecs?
So, I have a relatively flat stomach, not alot of body fat. But, my pecs are a bit..Flabby? There simply not toned. So, im wondering- Have any suggestions to tone them? I do nightly push ups(100), and lift weights every other day. Over the finishing month, I have seen somewhat of a conveyance. Continue with what Im doing? Or should i add surrounded by some more excersises?

Answers: pushups are really good, so is benching and butterflys. however, you inevitability to gradually up your reps/weight. doing 100 pushups a night is accurate, but if youre still only doing 100 a month from now, youre not gonna see much more augmentation. use the 10% rule, up your reps/weight by 10% each week.
bench, dumbell flys, incline bench, decline bench.
Also, eat stout and get some cardio in to tone yourself and curtail any fat or flab you might have.
CEREAL ADDICTION...If I cant find myself to stop binging on cereal should I simply quit buying it?
