1. Go buy a Nalgene bottle, crawl it up constantly throughout the day with river and drink constantly. This will clean out your body, keep you hydrated, and suppress your appetite.

2. Start running, do it surrounded by the morning before you start your day. Start slow (1 or two miles a day) and keep hold of adding miles and pushing yourself. You dont need fancy equipment, freshly shoes. Do this al least 4 times a week (very important) and NEVER skip a day.
