i have alike problem! i play softball too and also volleyball and dont get to sleep until late and enjoy to get up early. i wouldnt recomend an zest drink they just make you crash. i simply try to sleep in as much as i can on the weekends and got o bed as hasty as i can. Go to the store... buy a Nalgene bottle in your favorite color.
In the morning fill it near water and drink it throughout the day, refill as needed.
