How can I stretch my hamstring effectly?
For example:i can sit up straight in an L shape position and wrap my fingers around my toes on the first night, the subsequent day, i can hardly touch my toes.

Answers: Don't get discouraged your brain tells your body (hey the hamstring are stretch to the limit) so your body tries to strengthen them. You loose flexability for a little while. Keep stretching!! put one foot behind you and touch the toes of the forward one next to the opposite hand. Don't bounce! you'll scratch something. just do your best then switch legs. afterwards try both in front at the same time. Relax and you can also see your leg forward from a standing position while keeping the knee locked to stretch it. soon you'll be kicking head dignified. good luck and be careful.
I consider 5 minutes is too long. I've been using an XBOX exercise program and usually the hamstring stretch is half a minute .
Make sure the moved out leg is L shaped at 45 degress with the toes pointing upwards, and the right leg bent low towards right as much as possible, you should feel that your hamstring is one stretched, then repeat the other side.
