Answers: 1. Stretching exercises will backing you improve your posture, and maintain your posture. Read on to number 2.
2. Posture counts. Stand up straight, shoulders posterior, tummy in. Get used to it.
3. 8 hours of undisturbed and restful sleep. 8 is simply a general number. Some people are polite with 7 hours, or even 9 hours.
4. At least 3 cups of milk every light of day. As a bonus, a cup of milk before you sleep. The risk is if you have to go and get up in the middle of the night to "consent to it out", your rest will be disturbed. If you don't have that need, it vehicle that you are well rested.
5. From a pull up pole, hang from it 5 minutes every day. You can rob it to the next level by flaccid yourself upside down for 10 minutes every day. But be careful, since some general public can't handle being upside down too okay.
6. Sprinting, biking, swimming, or even jumping regularly can trigger your brain to produce more growth hormone. Sprinting can produce microfractures in your legs, giving you the opportunity to grow taller
7. Sleeping short a pillow. I've yet to do this successfully. If you can't, leave it. If it become too uncomfortable, it'll disturb your sleep and you won't have a restful dark.
8. If you can manage without a pillow and would approaching to take it to the next smooth, find a way to elevate the feet-end of your bed, so that your head is below your heart.

Hrm... I guess you could go to http://www.iwantsixpackabs.com. It's got a complete fitness plan for you, including diet, workout, and supplements. I'm currently following it. I'm with the sole purpose 2 weeks into the plan, but I'm seeing definite results. just try it, its pretty intense. :) Good luck man.
expurgate: Umm... If you mean grow to your full potential as in literally grow, and be really high and stuff, then I have no clue... I guess you could try sagging upside down by your ankles for long periods of time... (Don't actually try it!)
Scientists and researchers hold yet to agree on this. Some say sleep and stretching. Others vote vitamins and nutrients. Even others claim that there is nothing you can do. Personally, I believe that jump and stretching can greatly influence your growth. Streching, especially through jumping helps your body to expand. This can be see in many basketball players who played since they be really young! Remember though, this is just my assessment!
