How can I go and get rid of my belly cooking oil and not lose my chubby body's shape at one and the same time?

I weight at 90 kilos and maybe stand at 6 foot tall(not quite sure).

16, bmi 14.8, recovering from anorexia, other hungry??



Answers:    In not possible to spot mute fat in only just one part of your body, like your belly. In instruct to lose belly fat you will need to lose the overweight all over your body.

In short you may need to start:

1) Eating in good health, this means:

Eat smaller meals
Eat more meal a day
Don’t starve yourself
Eat more vegetables and fruit
Drinks more water
Less sugars and leave calories (less soft drinks, cakes, cookies)
Switch to whole wheat version of your bread and pasta, brown rice instead of white rice

2) Exercising:

Forget crunches, crunches work your ab muscles but they dont burn enough calories to lose belly fat, if you do hundreds of crunches day by day you will have great abs but you wont see them under your belly cooking oil.
Prefer full body exercises they burn the most calories and increase you metabolism for a few hours after your workout.
Get a training partner or a fitness trainer, a very worthwhile investment - of the money you save on second-hand goods food for example =)

Try also to reduce stress and get satisfactory sleep. Both of these are related to weight gain and emotional intake.

work out. not even that mostly---just do more exercises. i have a assignment that can let me do quite a lt of physical labor, so i start using more calories than i intake. It took me several months to interest some of my fat to be gotten rid of. Just keep at it, though!! no means of access to spot reduce..just portion control,do cardio and solidity and also yoga/pilates mostly in between...
