Hip flexors vs abs?
When i do bicycle crunches or any other ab exercise, i dont know whether im working my hip flexors or my abs. I definately feel some form of muscle fatigue in my midsection.
if i later go on to do normal crunches, i dont get the impression any fatigue from previous exercises, but when i attempt a situp, which primarily uses the hip flexors, i can feel the fatigue again. Does this mean i am working my hip flexors and not my abs? How can i stop this from taking place?

Answers: Do your exercises in a way that cause a burning sensation in your abs. Also, you can feel your abs beside your hand during the exercise. They should be taut and tricky.
