Help next to my diet. How do i loose a couple of pounds surrounded by a couple of weeks?

Day 1:
Eat the soup accompany with watermelon and melon for your main food adjectives day long. Consume a glass of unsweetened cranberry liquid before you go to bed.

Day 6
You should consume maximum 10 ounces of meat along with your soup. You need the protein here.
Last Day
Consume 4 table spoons of rice beside vegetables. Drink fresh watermelon or melon juice without sugar and munch through your soup also today.

If you deduct 500 calories a day from your usual intake, you should lose the amount you are wanting. And sort sure you limit (if not stop) your intake of sugar (except Splenda) and complex carbs, such as white bread. Whole wheat bread is consumed easier in your body and it wont effect bloating like white bread will. Just eat GOOD food (veggies and fruit) and use adjectives sense and you'll be fine :) Also, your intake of water is very major. in good health i would start trying to limit how many calories you devour. that doesn't mean you have to start adjectives yourself but just make better choices. also i would start working out A LOT every daylight as much as you can. but just to be safe after the marriage ceremony don't continue with this intense diet piece...cuz that could be dangerous fasting is a biddable idea
or raw food diet
or single eating cultured foods, like kim chee
