Make sure your plate have this ratio - 50% veg, 25% carb, 25% protein.this will prevent cravings too.an occassional treat is OK. have a snack every three hours. fruit (ideally berries) or soy nuts. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pang. switch from white rice and bread to brown. eat 900gms of veggies a day.Lose a kilo a week. explicitly permanent loss. pick an exercise regime you like.
receive a pedometer and take 10,000 steps everyday.
abs are the most troublesome area to tone. Kickboxing help a lot.

You cannot lose that much weight that immediately and not do damage to your body. Organs included.
1kg a week is accepted, but its still a rock-hard task to do that.
If you do manage to, mind your Ps and Qs you dont get complacent. Because after such a dramatic change if you travel back to the old instrument of eating you will pack it back on TWICE AS MUCH.
Give yourself some more time... in full view weight loss doesnt usually show for 8 weeks.

I lost (twice) 25kgs in 6 months..i got blissful again,... i got fat again..started drinking & smoking.. WHY? motivation i deserved it!! I earned it! (i earned 25kgs again...)
To do this i gymmed 4-5 days a week for 1-1.5hrs.

I could have lost more- quicker but i close to my food. I still ate too many carbs- but i get buoyant headed easily so i didnt thought.
I ate porrige for brekkie(big bowl). fruit(5),1 yoghurt -for snacks, can baked beans & 2 toast for lunch, banana smoothie for arvo snack and massive steamed vegees or salad for tea.(still starving 1 hr later) probably ended up have the 10pm cheese breville.aaargghhhh. Any nutrition nazi out there will tell you... I still ate too much. But i have a hard time just surviving on that.(enough food for some for 4 days?)
I didnt drink or drink cheese and fast food the entire time.(1 year)
I got to my purpose, treated myself to that gin and tonic, had a pizza.. now i requirement to lose 25kgs. 2 yrs later. and im think im unhappier than ever.
Its a lifestyle modification, not a quick fix. i still havent learnt this. (dont want to) mmm foood.
