Your abs will prolly hurt bad but thats ok. If you can feel them, afterwards they are working. Stay away from alot of fats until saturday. Eat a good amount of protein and drink lots of hose. This help firm up the lower abdomen. If you're truly a monster, try doing leg lifts next to a medicine ball flaccid from your feet. Or hang from a verbs up bar and raise your legs within front of you all the way up to the lump.
DO how ever many you can a day try to push yourself! you cannnot grasp abs 2 show in less later a week. it will take months. you need to enjoy a bf of 10% or lower for abs to show all the time. cardio and eating fit lowers bf. crunches and situps build the ab mucle, but do not help show it.
