() I've cut out sugary foods &run more or less 3 miles a afternoon for a month but lost nought?

i didn't eat candy, snack foods or drink soda. i strictly ate vegetables, meats and low calorie foods.
i run about 3 miles a day and did push ups and stuff to gain fit.

it's been a month and i've lost nothing. stayed hte same counterbalance...

is something wrong? i don't think it's muscle since i'm still weak.

Weightloss, please help out. im intensely stressed?



Answers:    ithink that its muscle insce ur doing push ups u re probably getting muscles contained by ur arms and also in ur legs from running it also depends on how much food u eat respectively day

Maybe you're already at a good weight?! It sounds close to you gained muscle and muscle weighs more than round...
