I would have to say that it depends on the guy. To be honest, it would be a bit of a turn rotten for me, as it seems to be a bit of a masculine trait. Now, if I be dating a girl I liked, and it turned out that she had a weakly defined six-pack, I wouldn't give it much thought. Though I should warn you, I'm what everyone I know call "picky."
Anyway, I just wanted to make the addition of, the sexiest thing in any sex is confidence. So, don't over-think it.
