This is what I ate today. Is this good?
1/2 cup low calorie cereal
100 calorie popcorn
1 tiny cookie
It rained today so I didn't run swimming or took a walk, but I worked out is thw workout room, I didn't eat any fruit or veggies, I be out.

How much growth can I expect?

I don't know what time it is that you're asking this question, but if its later than an hour after lunch time, you're WAY short of ample calories.
Starving yourself is called a BAD diet.
Read some books on healthy dieting. It does not be a sign of starvation.

That is the worst diet i have seen contained by my life. Go do some research about apt nutrition. you seem to think that the smaller amount you eat the health it is but explicitly rubbish. No, thats bad. when on a diet you should eat a suspended healthy meal not cookies and popcorn. things close to salads and lots of protein are best!
