Gain overall substance and muscle?

im a female 5'5 and 117 pounds, i really am skinny, but the way my body is shaped, i dont look anorexic, but i want to gain some mass. I want to gain like 5-10 pounds all over though. 10 might be a bit much, but somewhere between in attendance. I know I wanna hit past 120 though.

My body is pretty porportionate, my measurments are 34-261/2-35... but I want to gain weight approaching everywhere, but still maintain the porportion I have. Like, I dont want to enjoy a big belly, or the fat go to my ***, etc. I want the lubricant to go decently everywhere, and also I want more muslce. How do I gain nearly 5 pounds, not have any nasty flab, and still own a porportionate figure?

How oodles pounds do you obligation to lose to drop a dress size?



Answers:    The best way would be to work out. Get muscle. Because muscle weigh more than fat, and who wants heartless fat on their body when you can get muscle
