Exercise and dieting. Second try. Please answer!!?

I've been going to the gym nearly daily for roughly speaking a month and a half now. I'm doing really well-mannered at keeping up with it and can see small improvements. However, I'm having a really complicated time dieting. I'm doing good with some things. I try to enjoy small, healthy snacks throughout the day. And I've solely been drinking water, I can't remember the later soda I had. But I just really love food and it seem like I need so much food to touch full. So I was just wondering how much dutiful I can do by just going to the gym and not really dieting too much. Also, I'm about 5'2" and 180. So I have need of to lose quite a bit.
Another question. Would taking a diet pill of some big-hearted help me at all? And if so, which works best? Thanks!

Answers:    Continue to exercise and cut out fatty and processed foods. Don't get through candy, ice cream, anything from the store and it manufactured and ready to chomp through. Cut out butter, margerine, mayo, cream cheese etc.

Eat fresh fruits and vegetables for snacks. Small protions are good. Make sure you exercise program includes strength training becuase muscle burns calories while you sit. The more muschle you have the more calories you burn. Look at ways outside of the gym to exercies. Don't monitor TV, take a walk, garden, verbs the house. IF you are moving you are burning calories.

don't do diet pills.they can be habit forming. The only process to keep wieght off for devout is to change your life style.

If you have need of a lot of food to feel full progress ahead and eat but make sure to view your food choices. Snack every two hours on healthy foods and keep up the exercise. If you are drinking quickly, slow down and savor your food, chew your food thoroughly and really taste it, don't wolf it down, this will also give a hand you feel full faster.

If you need a snack because you are adjectives, have an apple, one small apple makes me quality like I've had a total meal!

I just looked-for to say if you get the right diet pill it does aid to curve your appeitite while you are dieting...That means that if you are trying to only guzzle 1200 calories it would be a lot easier. When you get to your dream weight or when you stop you just hold to eat however many calories to mantain your counterbalance but you no longer have a need to curve your appitite becuase you can drink enough to be satisfied.
