Eating disorder holding me backbone.?
Now i know this is completely illogical (as powerfully as unhealthy) as i know the food wont make me ill and i can see the inflict of the problem. Its as if i've now developed a phobia of trying new food.
Basically i'm a moment ago wondering if anyones ever been in duplicate situation and how they got over it, I'v allready started saving and would love to run back packing around the world. Unfortunately my eating is prohibiting me from doing this (among tons other things)
What else can i do to be thinner?
Answers: Try going to a hypnotist. They can totally change the way you construe in like 2 - 5 sessions. I've looked into it myself, and it seem safe and all, but next to kids it's hard to go to an appointment approaching that. She said it was like $60 per session. Not fruitless for a lifetime of results!
Or you could just start slow, eat solitary 2 bites of a food at a time, and if you don't get sick then you can verbs to eat that food also. Stay away from the obvious foods that could exact a food bourne illness! ( Tuna or chicken salad, seafood that should be cold, or lunchmeat that you haven't eaten in 7 days of opening it.) Good luck, I hope you can get rid of your disorder.
