Do those Core Rythem Latin Dance video in reality work?

I'm turning 15 this saturday and I'm just a few pounds short of 200. I'm 5' 9". I'm overweight and nowhere near fit. I don't fit into the clothes I want to. Next year I enjoy to take P.E. or do tennis. Blah blah blah. Bottom line, I call for to get fit. I have a hoedown dance revolution extreme game that I love, but I'm not losing inches, building stamina, or anything. I love dance so do those latin dance videos really work, or are they duplicate as my game?

What is a apposite diet plan to follow?..Id close to a diet that I will loose shipment asap?



Answers:    Yes, the difference is the dance hoedown revolution is just foot work and arm movement in some cases... and Latin barn dance is a hip based movement, and the whole point within it is too tighten your stomach as much as possible while dancing.. and the longer you can push yourself to go the better the results will be.. but this is NOT a soon process it takes at the least 2 weeks to see any results... and the first two to four weeks is when you will see the smallest results, because your body will not have adjusted to a routine however...
