Did i guzzle too much today??

breakfast: none

lunch: turkey sandwich: two pieces white bread (diet bread, 35 calories per piece and 1.5 grams of dietary fiber) 2 slices of turkey (lunch meat, honey turkey) a tiny bit of light mayonaisse (like a teaspoon) and a lot of lettuce.

dinner: taco salad: lots of lettuce, lantern cheddar cheese (shredded) baked doritos (serving size) and hamburger meat and fat free taco dressing.

snacks: mint musketeer, strawberries

dessert: 3 reduced fat oreos and a partly cup of skim milk.

How do i catch a bigger butt?

no, that is fine. do not skip breakfast though that makes you perceive hungrier all day. thats not alot but you should never skip bragfast
