Can i loose wight by walking one hr everyday ?

Answers: It depends on how much you devour, and how fast you walk.
Think of it as 100 calories a mile. Walking is so unproblematic there is no reason to individual do it three times a week. More like three times a day. Walking twice a light of day everyday, you'd burn 4-5 times as many calories, and have already lost 10bs instead of 2 lbs.
To lose 27 lbs you call for something a bit more vigorous than walking. 115 is thin for 5'7". Shoot for 125 first. Under 120, my daughter's butt and chest start to soften away, and she's the same height. She's trying to stay close to 122-125.
Is my diet and exercise nontoxic?
i suggest try running every resembling 10mins, so walk then run, i run the LA marathon, and i guess you could lose weight from running but you generally gain weight, but not to worry, adjectives the weight you gained is podginess turning in to mucsel, any more questions, come to me, i know what i am conversation about when it comes to walking/running. if you run a hour everyday, then it might work
or train to run a ambitious!!

5'7" U should not weigh 115* really what U should worry about is tone...muscle is heavier than curvy...
