Best women workout?

I am looking for the best womens workout (dvd.anything) ever. I just need to tone up and bring ready for my bikini..any advice would help out!

It sounds like you could benefit from a mix of cardio workourts (running, rowing and stairmaster) are great for chubby burning and toning arms and legs. Also, toning exercises which will help with shaping you up but also increase immensity loss.

The Firm is a great series and you can mix and game what you need. I suggest an aerobic routine, a yoga routine and a target specific area routine (like glutes or abs, anything bothers you most).
