705 calories too plentiful calories??

Ok well im about 5 foot tall and im growing still and i was wondering if 705 calories is too much to hold. Im on a diet, because im overweight.

Has anyone on here in actual fact lost counterbalance?

its less than partially the minimum you should be eating

dont eat smaller amount than 1500 calories in a day because your body will simply stir into survival mode... its the bodies defence to combat famine/starvation

it will breakdown your muscle tissue for fuel, which inturn slows down your metabolism, and will begin to store as much podgy as it can

because it thinks your starving to destruction believe it or not...

eat at least 1500 calories throughout the afternoon at regular intervals - eating a small amount every 2 hours or so is the best way to hold your metabolism working at its peak...

eat hygienic and eat regular - do not starve yourself...
look up survival mode and fat storage on google if you want a more indepth conception of what i am talking about...

but believe this - you do more interrupt than good trying to starve yourself thin...

NOOOOOOO!! That's means of access low, you need at least 1500 calories a daytime, you're down 50% and that's not heatlhy specialy if you're still growing up. Tell mommy or daddy to get you to a certified dietist ASAP before an ingestion disorder settles in! No, 1,000 is the bare minimum for sanctuary.

If you're still growing you definetly need to eat more, plus intake that little makes your body go into starvation mode and you will retain more oil.
