(1 week diet) Will my plan work??
Tomororw I'm not eating anything, but boiled vegetables. Saturday, I'm drinking anything, but 2 boiled eggs and some boiled chicken throughout the day. On Sunday, I will fast, drinking nil, but water and eating 1 /2 Banana and 1 Apple.
The Following Week...
Monday I'm doing the boiled vegetable point again with 1 boiled egg.
Tuesday - Eating small proportions of anything I want 3 times.
Wednesday - Bread Day. (Lay off my put money on about carbs) 2 Cornbread Muffins and 1 English Muffin.
Thursday - Soup Day. 5 Small Bowls of Campbells Chicken Noodle Soup.
Friday - Boiled Vegetale thing again.
Saturday - 2 boiled eggs beside boiled chicken throught the day.
How much cargo could you lose if you didn't put away for 2-3 days?
Answers: Honestly, I don't want to sound denote but I think that that is a stupid diet. You should try to guzzle a good variety of foods every daylight. eat whole grain, protein, poly and monounsaturated fats, and yes lots of fruits and vegetables. You will not be able to "trick" your metabolism resembling that. Just eat good foods consistently and exercise and you will see results.
