16 Year Old Male Wanting To Lose Weight!?
Food:For breakfast, I usually eat a pizza Hot Pocket. When I need to snack on something at conservatory, I usually eat a Ziploc bag of plain Cheerios. For lunch, I usually pack myself a PB+J beside whole wheat bread, a banana, Sunchips, and a light Yoplait yogurt. For dinner, I usually basically eat whatever is for dinner, short overeating/getting bloated. I try to drink a lot of water throughout the sunshine, and milk also. I am also taking Omega-3 pills and Centrum multivitamins.
I don't want to bulk up, but to make myself slim and cut.
Am I doing anything wrong? What could I improve?

Answers: I presume you could use more green vegetables in your diet.
They may not taste as flawless, but they are healthy for you.
I don't think a pizza is necessarily well-mannered for you since it has a lot of grease, same near the cheetos.

What form of foods promote bulk loss?
the only thing ur really doing wrong is drinking hot pockets they have so much salt that the colries u burn ur eatting twice as much and theres no problem beside getting cut To loss the weight i think this choice and its work for me:
eat more fruit
drink fresh juice
acquire detoxification
no junk food
no milk
no yogurt
no soda
drink natural river
sport (like exercise, running, walking, aerobic, swimming)
eat more salad
good sleep
