13 y/o girl wishes to lose solidity?

i'm 5'2" and 106 lbs.

i really want to lose 6 lbs. i don't think i'm fat but i detestation my upper body. my shoudlers are wide and i have extra skin & curvy on my arms and stomach that i want to get rid of.

how can i get rid of it ?

About what size pant (American) am I something like??



Answers:    I'm surrounded by the same boat but trying to lose 15 pounds. Participate in Gym class. Walk 8 times around the track. Get outside & excersise. Even something simple as walking 2,000 steps or more will minister to you drop those unwanted pounds. Don't be afraid to sweat, it's good for you! Good luck.

You are being ridiculous. six pounds does not product a difference to anyone. Try being happy near yourself instead of trying to lose weight. At thirteen you are still growing, you need proper nutrition. 106 pounds is really fine, once you become a woman and as you get older, you will gain weightiness. This is normal, healthy and unconscious. Try to re-think your idea of what you should look like, and try to be delighted with yourself.
