Walking on the beach; good exercise??
ok so i only just cam back from the beach i walk about 3 miles all together up to that time that i also did about 10 laps surrounded by the pool;
i just ate a BIG salad and im full =] im going to do hip hop abs for the rest of the dayyy;; is this a good diet for every daytime off i have? i didint own breakfast and im going to eat a grape fruit for dinner

anyways here is another one of my questions :
the things i put away and do on a day to day baisics
for breakfast i guzzle 1 hard boiled egg and fat free buoyant sour cream;;
for lunch i have a salad no dressing
for dinner i have a grape fruit or 1 slice of adjectives wheat bread and light sour cream[fat free]
i swim atleast 10 laps within the pool each day
i do at least possible 3 videos of hip hop abs
and i have PE so i gain some exercise there
sometimes i also do 8 minute abs

will i lose 2-3 inches like this within 20 days?!??!?!?!?!?
please help!!
im 30.5" around the waist now andto look apt i

You will have a little girl's body until you pass by puberty, which is different for every girl. Eat a good breakfast consisting of fiber, something like oatmeal or undamaged wheat cereal, continue to do your exercises for strength and when your body matures, you will enjoy the curves you desire. if you don't eat 4-6X times a day your body will STORE FAT and budge into survival mode. breakfast is really the most important meal of the morning because if you don't give your body fuel it'll use your lean muscle tissue for ewnergy which you need to burn the portly. what you need, is to see a nutritionist.

thats setting you up for a eating disorder. and you will lose mostly muscle trust me i be able to bench 135 at 12 went on an extrmely low diet next to high exercise and lost so much muscle my bench went down to just 55 lbs. yeah it sucked at it actually made my body softer because i lost muscle not fat. If you are really working out that much and drinking that little. You are going to make yourself sick! You need to guzzle!!

U NEED TO EAT MORE!! Eating so little causes your body to retain fat, not shed it. You are putting your body into a starvation mode that will if truth be told make weight loss harder.

Try intake a more hardy breakfast, like 2 eggs w/ cheese, with a slice of integral wheat toast and some fruit.

Then a larger lunch, like your salad, but put some protein on it and a bit of dressing. You will also want a glass of milk or more cheese. (Cottage cheese is wonderful, lowfat, glorious in protein and filling.)

For dinner, put away a comparable meal to the other two. Also, some nuts or veggies for a snack.

Being that you are young, you want calcium. If you don't get enough presently, it could do real damage to your body. You also obligation protein, which you are not getting enough of.

As long as you exercise, you should pull cargo off steadily. If you continue to starve yourself, you will cease up very sick. Your immune system will get worse, you will be constantly tired and irritable, and other parts of your body could start rebel.

You health is critical as you go thru the transition from child to fully fledged and trying to loose weight with those sub-standard nutrition menus will so screw you up .

Exercise is right BUT is must be mixed with real nutrition and NOT those bimbo menus .
