12 Yrs, 5'2", 129 lbs?
i'm overweight and I lost about 25 pounds and I want to take down to 100-110, but the weight isn't coming off anymore.
Can someone make available me some tips on how to get the weight bad?
Answers: You are very young to be worrying just about your weight. Trust me. I know all in the region of that too well. When I was your age I be probably 5"5" (now 33 yrs old and 5'11) and weighed 140 - 150 pounds (unfortunately can fail to remember, but it was above the norm). By the time I hit high conservatory, I got taller and the weight of late proportioned itself out. That happened with tons other girls as well.
At your age you should not go into extreme dieting. It would probably be worthy to join a school squad, but now since school is almost over here are plenty of things to do to be active. I would suggest joining the YMCA where they enjoy many activities for girls your age close to swimming, and other sports. If you don't have a YMCA close to you, I know that Tai Kwan Do (not sure of spelling) seems to becoming popular for girls and women of adjectives ages for exercise.
Even when I hit high school and the mass evened out I was still so obsessed beside my weight (even though I was not fat), but thought I look it and I become first anorexic to then bulimic. Trust me. It is not worth it to obsess. I wound up suffering from these disorders from age 15 - 30 yrs aged. When you start worrying about weight it become a full time job and consumes you and when you get elder (like me) it becomes harder to break and health problems will start.
I am obliged that now I have my consumption disorder under control but when reading your post it reminded me how I was when your age emergence to obsess with bulk and it turned to be many years of agony. If you want to lose a few more pounds do it the right way by have well balanced meal and limiting the junk foods (McDonald's, ice cream, cake, etc), and just healthy exercise. You own to still remember that you are young and going through puberty so maybe your body is relating you not to lose any more right now because it needs that extra cargo for when you grow.
But whatever you do, please don't revert to extreme measure to lose the consignment. It will only haunt you next on in life.

Baby, tolerate me tell you from experience...you are NOT fat! I, too, am 5'2", and my just the thing weight is 120. when I was your age, someone told me I 'looked pregnant' which cause me to develop anorexia. I dropped 50 lbs. in 3 months, and still wouldn't eat, because adjectives I saw were my imperfections. Now I hold 2 children, and would love to be 129!
What are you, as size 4? Don't let Hollywood dictate your size!
If you still think you obligation to do something, try out for a sports team, but don't do it because you think you inevitability to lose weight, do it to have fun.
You won't grasp this time back..don't waste it worrying just about something as trivial as weight, please. If you start on this path immediately, you'll be 24 and still only see the body you don't want, not the beautiful individual you are.

do you exercise? an important thing to keep hold of in mind is that your body loses weight via exercising because it's unacquainted to all the effort. but once it get used to the amount of exercise you do, your weight will peak and stop going down. vitally, you need to keep making your exercise rather more intense, and change it up. otherwise you wont lose weight.
and munch through healthy!!
I'm about like peas in a pod age and height, and i would also like to lose a few pounds. Try joining the YMCA? Its really fun. Or... if any of your friends are within sports, you could join a team beside them. There are plenty of ways to get active. Wow. You lost 25 pounds? That's pretty well brought-up, but I don't think we should be worrying about our substance at this age. Just exercise and stay healthy, and you should be fine. Be more active. Walk and swim adjectives summer and the weight should come off. Cut out Soda Pop or cut approach back. Try to walk at least possible 10,000 steps a day. Get a pedometer. Walk at least 3 miles a sunshine 6 days a week and that should help you. Watch the snacks too! You need at smallest 1500 calories a day since you are still growing.

Maybe you should ask your doctor in the region of that. Maybe you're eating too many calories every sunshine. You gotta have a diet and exercise. That doesn't sound over solidity, I wouldn't worry about it. But if your concerned in the region of your health, try joining a sports team. Thats a well brought-up fun way to workout.

i think u r fine! stop worrying and hold a relaxed opinion to calories and u will find since u arent always thinking just about it. u wont eat as much!
