cardio. you need to lower ur bf 2 at most minuscule 10% for abs 2 show. running is the best cardio exercize, but there are plenty others. do abs and crunches, but nothing is going 2 show if you dont do cardio. Try Hip Hop Abs...it's on TV everywhere!

You can try aerobic exercises or dance. Or crunches, sit-ups and all those painful exercises...
