Exercising is immensely important. You should lift weights on the areas that you want to lose the rotund on followed by cardio work. This should take no less than 45 minutes and no more than an 1.5 hours everyday. With weekends for rest(IF you really inevitability it)
Eating healthy is the nuts and bolts of it all. Try to split up your meal into 6 SMALL portions everyday and have your workouts in the morning. Having your workout keep your metabolism nice and high throughout the day. Eating 6 small sized portions a morning should keep your metabolism going fast the total day.
Stay away from junk food as they are full of processed fat and other things in there. Lean meat, fruits and vegetables are the way to go.
The most big thing to keep surrounded by mind is to DRINK LOTS OF WATER! I can't stress this enough. Water is proven to help you lose counterbalance. If you're not thirsty drink it anyways. Your body needs it. 6 - 8 glasses of hose a day is best if you want to lose weight.
40 lbs is alot to lose surrounded by 2 months, but its a good number to strive towards. A more realistic aspiration is 25-30 lbs.

it depends on how much you weigh to begin with because the more you path the faster you lose weight especially in the begining, but I would vote try liquid shakes, and don't exceed like 800 calories a daylight and do some exercise, but don't over do it cause you'll already be weak from the shortage of calories, I don't see any reason why you couldn't lose 40 or at least close to 40 by July 19 that's similar to 2 months aways. You can loose 40lbs by July 19 that isn't all that crazy to do...that's if you are obese...but if you are just 30-40 lbs over solidity it will be a challenge...but it can be done...Have you watched the biggest looser show?? They loose freight extremely fast...what they do is track their calories I think they are on a 1200-1500 calorie diet.As for exercise...they are over the top.I hear they will do 2-3 hours of low intensity cardio 5-6 times a week...with full body weight training give or take a few 3 times a week...plus a couple of times a week they will do about 30 to 45 min of hard cardio.
I'm not sure of adjectives the info above..but I've been trying my best to get the serving spoon on the Internet...and off the biggest loser website and off the show it's self.and magazine...because women on that show have lost 5-10 lbs a week!! So check into it.see what you can find out!
try this: what fighters do: wear plastic bags adjectives over ur body, and run on a treadmill or just workout like crazy ..adjectives endurance exercises and ull lose a lot of immensity in short time..but ull be dead tired after that, function is that when ur body releases heat and ur sweating th bags will increase the bake and ull feel miserable but if u just hang on to it on and do it for solid 1hr everyday u might be able to acomplish it..JUST REMEMBER DONT JUST GO AND START WORKING OUT IF UR NOT USED TO IT..start with 20 mins afterwards rest and then 30min and so on.. you might be able to lose 15 pounds by afterwards but not 40. if you are healthy i know thats not what you wantd to hear but eat hygienic and exercise... UNHEALTHY smoke crack and you should have thought about losing that much bulk more in advance
PS to the comment below me... Smoking crack will bear her pretty far in 2 months farther than dieting would. Believe me i have see it first hand.
not gonna happen unless you want to lead to yourself some serious bodily harm and leave your nouns without a wife. quit being so thoughtless and lose the weight gradually because you validly want to live a healthier life style, and not because you want to impress someone. economically i ate nothing but sugar free jello (it tastes matching as regular jello) and drank nothing but water for one week and lost 20 pounds within one week. so im guessing if you do that for a couple weeks youll lose it.

PS:Melanie, i know of NO ONE who lost 40 lbs from smoking within 2 months.
