Answers: It takes me 21 days min to lose 10lbs. That is Cardio every sunshine for 1 hour and 30 minutes of weights every other day. 1500-1800 cals consumption. That is how I do it and I keep the loss sour. I don't know what rate you lose weight at but you should have started sooner if you loose smaller quantity than 3 lbs a week.
Drink water, something that will take 3 lbs past its sell-by date me if I'm retaining badly.
