Wondering in the region of strength information from my birth parents? I am adopt?
Over the past few years, I own had a couple of minor head and d¨Ścolletage medical issues. It started with my thyroid, when my doctor thought I may have hypothyroidism which I hold to continually monitor. Now, just this week, I was potentially diagnosed beside an inflamed/infected lymph node that is causing a gumball-sized lump within my jaw that may require surgery.
I am interested in going to my birth hospital (Englewood Hospital surrounded by New Jersey) and seeing if I can get genetic health information for things I should be looking for.
Does anybody know the process, or what I should expect to bring near me when I go to the hospital this weekend?

Answers: I was also adopt and have hyperthyroidism. They say it usually runs contained by the family. I tried petitioning the courts for my records I live within PA they refused. I had an attorney too. The hospital would provide me nothing he records are hermetic. Some states you can get your records. Are you registered near the National Soundex Registry? Good Luck(a)
