I know it works for flatulence but my stomach is HUGE because of huge amounts of gas(aerophagy,I think),it doesn't have fat layer,it's just round,pregnant-like.Will maloox make it flatter by completely removing the excess amounts of nouns I swallow(that cause gas)or will it just appropriate care of stomach pains caused by gas?

It is NOT podgy,when I wake up in the morning it's flat,and of late after drinking a single glass of milk,water or cereal it just inflates automatically!
