Im 17 and I am about 6' 2." Right now I weigh something like 140lbs and this hasnt changed much in the past year (give 3 lbs maybe). Last year I have a bathing suit that fit pretty well, I tried it on today and it was agency too big. Like 3 inches. My pants are the same method. They fit the previous year, but they have become even more loose over this past year. I'm not losing bulk, and I dont understand. Why would my waste shrink contained by the course of a year if I'm not losing weight?

You're getting taller and/or growing more muscle within other areas. i'd say you were loosing cargo - but growing taller gradually, so the weight is still going to be alike.
