Why does chewing gum distribute me a headache?
Why is this?
Answers: You might have something call TMJ, which a misallignment of the jaw. Nothing to be alerted about but I would see your dentist. Usually they fit you a mouth piece that you sleep next to at night. Good luck to you!!.
You're working your jaw bones, and if you're comfortable with TMJ it does the same point. Your head just isn't totally tolerant of gum, it takes min about 4 hours to do that. Best of luck on the gum chewing! It could be realted to a cheek condition know as TMJ. This is at the hinge that holds the bottom to the top jaw. Ask your dentist for more information..
